here is the thing. i'm moving on saturday. so all my yarn has been packed away for a couple weeks. before that? i was working on the six sox along cloverleaf socks. but my kitten had other ideas. she ate my clover bamboo dpns. i replaced them with brittany birch needles. i fell asleep two days later without putting the sock away, and njorah had eaten her way through that set of needles. and i am SO broke, i won't be able to replace them for a long while. plus, i have no idea where there are yarn shoppes (aside from the only one i actually hate) nearby my new place.
so yeah, the moving. the short story is, i lost my job at the office- through no fault of my own. the boss fired my mom, and i was a casualty of that war. with my job situation as it was, and now even more so as it is, i can no longer afford the apartment i've lived in for the last four years. my lease is up at the end of the month, so i found a place up in cleveland for much less than what i'm paying now. i can barely afford the move and god willing i'll find a job soon. i'm tired of feeling so worthless, you know? so that's my story and the reason behind my lack of updates. busy busy busy. i still have a fair amount of organizing and packing to go, and i'm working at the mall the next two nights. if anyone wants my new address, just ask.
